Camping rep was unpleasant (see below)
The mobile home had no oven no barbeque
The pitch was the smallest we have been on in 20 years.

There was no means of contacting the hommair rep. There was a phone number but only to be used in emergencies. No other means of contact (no book to leave comments), she did not enquire once if all was OK and harrangued us for cash on leaving despite the signed documentation stating explicitly that a cleaning fee would be deducted from our credit card details.
