Les Lacs du Verdon has a modern section in the water park with very high water slides and various lower slides, including a Spacebowl and a Spaceracer! For the little ones, there’s a separate paddling pool with water toys, and there’s also a whirlpool. In short, it’s suitable for the whole family, young and old! The pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace and some of the pools are heated. Just a 15-minute drive away is Lac de Sainte Croix, where you can hire canoes to paddle down the Verdon. Sailing is also fantastic here.
 

During the high season, there is an entertainment team at Les Lacs du Verdon campsite. They organise fun evening shows, karaoke and sports tournaments where children can really let off steam. Are you a sports enthusiast? Then Les Lacs du Verdon campsite is also an excellent choice. There are various sports on offer, such as football, tennis, fitness, basketball and volleyball. There is a new 600m² themed playground where children aged 3–17 can let off steam in the high ropes course. You don’t need to leave the campsite for a bite to eat. You can enjoy a lovely dinner in the refurbished restaurant, but there’s also plenty of choice for ‘easy’ evenings. You can pop into the snack bar or pizzeria! If you’d prefer to stay at your own accommodation one evening, takeaway meals are available.

Rafting on the Verdon is an unforgettable experience. The Sentier Martel, one of Europe’s most famous walking trails, is also highly recommended for those who aren’t afraid of heights. For 7 hours, you’ll walk along the steep cliffs of the gorge, aided by steel steps. You’ll need to be reasonably fit for this! But there’s plenty of scope for relaxation in this beautiful area too: enjoy a leisurely stroll or sit out on a terrace in the villages of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, Quinson and Aups… and don’t forget all the local markets!
