Camping Lido Verbano

This campsite is situated right on the shores of the safe swimming lake, Lake Maggiore. There is a private beach and sunbathing area by the water where you can relax and read a book. As well as swimming laps and playing all sorts of water games, there is also a modern heated swimming pool at the campsite!

There’s no chance of getting bored at Camping Lido Verbano thanks to its superb facilities. These include boules, table tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, tennis and football. Younger children can have a great time playing in the various playgrounds. The entertainment team organises activities for children, teenagers and adults, such as music, sports tournaments, fitness sessions and live shows. Camping Lido Verbano is the perfect base for lovely day trips in the surrounding area. Why not visit the picturesque village of Stresa on Lake Maggiore? From there, you can take a boat trip to the Borromean Islands: Isola Madre, Isola Bella and Isola dei Pescatori. Just outside the village is a cable car to Mount Mottarone, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. There’s also an exciting toboggan run here. Shopaholics can travel just one hour to the metropolis of Milan. Here, you can stroll across Piazza del Duomo to Milan Cathedral, past the covered shopping arcade, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and through Parco Sempione.
