Camping Terme Catez is situated inland in the beautiful Slovenian scenery, approximately 80 miles from the capital Ljubljana and only 24 miles from the Croatian capital Zagreb. Camping Terme Catez is part of this large holiday complex. Whether you are looking for water fun or relaxation, the whole family will enjoy a holiday here!

Swimming facilities at Camping Terme Catez

The water park consists of a Summer Riviera (outdoor) and a Winter Riviera (indoor). The Summer Riviera is a very large complex of outdoor pools with all kinds of water attractions, slides, waterfalls, and whirlpools. There are several large children's pools with all kinds of playful surprises for the little ones, such as the unique pirate island. In the Winter Riviera, you can swim until late in the evening in one of the indoor pools or unwind in the extensive sauna park or health and beauty centre of Terme Catez.

* You will receive a pass for the pools (deposit € 50 per accommodation). Per day per person, you get a maximum of 2x entrance summer Riviera (unlimited hours) or 1x entrance winter Riviera (max. 3 hours).

The Summer Thermal Riviera (the outdoor water park) is usually open from the end of April to mid-September, but the exact opening hours may change due to weather or other circumstances. In April and May, the park is partially open, in June, July and August it is fully open, and in September it is partially open again.

Terme Catez reserves the right to close the pools and attractions of the Summer Thermal Riviera at short notice if the weather or other circumstances so require.

Sports lovers will be happy in the large indoor sports and recreation centre here. In the evening there’s a choice of bowling or enjoying a meal in one of the restaurants on Camping Terme Catez.

Nearby Camping Terme Catez

Daytrips to the cities of Ljubljana and Zagreb are highly recommended. The green Slovenian hills around Camping Terme Catez lend themselves to walking and cycling.

Summer Thermal Riviera is open from 01/05 until 01/10. The exact dates are subject to the weather. Winter Thermal Riviera is open from 01/01 until 31/12. For more specific details on whether the pools are included or not, please check under the supplier level.
In summer, each person on a booking receives two free entries to the outdoor pool and 3 hours of access to the indoor pool every day. In winter, the campsite facilities are only available to a limited extent. Part of the indoor pool remains open. In the autumn and winter season, access to the swimming pools is not included in the price. If you are staying on a standard pitch or in the Lux and Lux Plus flats, the price for the swimming pools is included all year round.
As of today, 14/4/2026, the campsite Wi-Fi is not currently working well, and in some areas, it isn't working at all. The campsite is actively trying to resolve this, but there is no expected date for resolution.
