Promotion Terms and Conditions for the Survey Review Contest

Every guest who has been on holiday with us receives a survey to rate their holiday . Did you participate? If so, you could win a holiday . The following terms and conditions apply:

1. Your survey must be completed by November 1 at the latest.

   We will hold a raffle among all survey responses to win a vacation at a campsite of your choice from the Allcamps program.

   The maximum amount Allcamps will pay is €1,500.

   You may choose a more expensive vacation, but any additional costs are your responsibility. If you find a vacation that costs less than €1,500, the difference will not be refunded.

   The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.

   One winner will be selected from among all guests who complete the questionnaire from Allcamps, LuxCamp, VacanceSelect, Dansk Bilferie, and Friferie.

   The winner will be chosen from all entries and announced in November of this year. The winner will be notified as soon as possible. 

   The winner will be selected by a jury appointed by VacanceSelect Travel.

   The winner’s name may be published on Allcamps’ website and social media channels, along with the winner’s last name and city of residence.

   By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of the promotion and the privacy policy.

   No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.

   Employees of Allcamps and all other VacanceSelect Travel brands are excluded from participation.

Promotion conditions colouring page

1. The colouring competition is for all children up to 12 years old
2. Participating in the colouring contest is free of charge.
3. Each child may submit only one colouring page. 
4. All colouring picture entries must be received before October 1, 2026.
5. The colouring pictures can be sent to win@allcamps.eu or by post to Allcamps, Bijster 13, 4817 HZ, Breda.
6. We will choose 3 winners from all entries who will win a holiday voucher of €50, €150, or €250, to be used for a holiday at a campsite of your choice in Allcamps offering.  
7. The winners will be chosen from all entries and announced in October this year. They will be notified as soon as possible. 
8. The winners will be chosen by a jury appointed by VacanceSelect Travel. 
9. By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of the promotion and the privacy policy. 
10. The prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable.
11. The prize winners will be published on Allcamps' website and social media channels, with the winner's first name and age.
12. No correspondence can be entered into about the results of the colouring competition. 
13. By participating, you permit Allcamps to use photos of the submitted colouring pictures for publication. This also applies to any other photos sent in connection with participation in this promotion. The participant will not receive any refund or compensation for this. 
14. Personal data relating to the colouring contest will not be provided to third parties and will only be used in the context of Allcamps' colouring contest. 
15. Allcamps is under no circumstances liable for any damage of whatever nature resulting from participation in this colouring contest.
