Kids have a great time in the shallow water along the shore or jumping right into the water from the wooden docks. Is the weather a little less sunny for a change? No problem—the campground has a lovely indoor pool with a separate toddler pool for the little ones. This way, the kids can always burn off their energy in the water while you relax carefree with a good book by the water’s edge.

No one ever gets bored at this car-free family park. For the kids, there’s a large outdoor playground, an indoor play area, and an enthusiastic kids’ club that organizes fun activities every day. Active families can hit a few balls on the tennis court, play a round of mini-golf, or rent a kayak or SUP board to head out onto the lake. There’s even a special fenced-in dog beach for dogs. Take a boat ride on the famous Wörthersee or visit the impressive Hochosterwitz Castle, a genuine medieval fortress perched on a high cliff that will capture the children’s imagination. For an active day out, hike through the rolling Nockberge Mountains or rent e-bikes at the campground to explore the bike paths around the surrounding lakes.
