Looking for water fun and relaxation? As a campsite guest, you have free access to the pool of the Wellnesspark Arlberg, which is located right next to the campsite. Ideal for a dip with the kids after a day in the mountains. The indoor pool is clear and quiet, perfect for families. Fancy some extra relaxation? You also get a discount on the sauna and massages. And the nice thing is: you just walk there in your slippers. No car needed, no hassle.

Children feel right at home here. They run to the playground for an afternoon of climbing, sliding and building sandcastles, while you enjoy an espresso at your leisure at the camping area. Everything is uncluttered, safe and cosy. And yes, there's free wifi, though we hope you don't turn ‘m on until after the sun goes down.

A must for the whole family is the cosy Pizzeria il Gatto on site. From crispy pizzas to fresh salads and creamy desserts – everything here is prepared with love. Moms who have come before especially recommend the pizza with Parma ham and arugula (and the tiramisu to share). The pizzeria is open Wednesday through Sunday, between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Thanks to the free bus, which stops right next to the reception, you will be in the bustling St. Anton am Arlberg – without parking stress or hassle with child seats. Moreover, upon arrival, you will receive the St. Anton Summer Card, which gives you free use of public transportation, één cable car ride per day, museums and swimming pools, among others. Easy én inexpensive.

For hikers, this area is a dream. From Pettneu, numerous hiking trails lead you through flowering alpine meadows and along streams toward impressive viewpoints. For families, there are easily passable paths, and for the more active hiker, some steeper routes – always with that beautiful mountain scenery.

Fancy some more action? At 6 kilometres from the campsite, you will find the EldoRADo Bike Areal Verwall: a true paradise for mountain bikers, with routes for young and old. Ordinary bike enthusiasts and cyclists will also find plenty of challenging trails and breathtaking scenery in the area.

For children (and fathers who are still children), the ropes course in the Verwall Valley is a real treat: climb, scramble and race through the forest on a zipline. Or do the GPS scavenger hunt together that starts right from the campsite. Exciting én educational while exploring the area together.

Also fun: a visit to the Arl.Park in St. Anton. There you can go bowling, trampolining, squash or climbing – ideal for a slightly less sunny day. And those interested in local culture and history visit the Museum St. Anton or the old mountain hut Alter Nessler Thaja.
