Booking a camping holiday at Valkanela via Allcamps means luxury camping at one of Croatia’s top campsites. Swimming pools, a variety of beaches with a plethora of restaurants and bars as well as plenty of sports and entertainment awaits both young and old.

Swimming facilities at Camping Valkanela

Luxury camping at Valkanela offers 3 outdoor pools right above the beach, which cater to kiddies, juniors and adults. Enjoy the water, or relax on a sunbed on the wide sundeck and order from the poolside bar or restaurant. The same facilities will be found at the Blue Flag beach to which campers have direct access. Active campers will enjoy a host of sporting activities, from miniature golf to beach volleyball.

Facilities at Camping Valkanela

Local fishermen allow the beach restaurant to tempt the taste buds with a variety of fish dishes, as well as meats, pastas and salads accompanied by fine Istrian wines. Campers can sample the local olives and artichokes at the poolside restaurant. Various fast-food and bar facilities, as well as a well-stocked supermarket, service this luxury camping site. To work off the calories, campers can play a game of tennis or football, or hire a bike or boat. The mini club and children’s playgrounds will keep the kids’ fun levels high. The campsite even organises various evening shows for the whole family to enjoy.

Surroundings of Camping Valkanela

Camping Valkanela is an ideal campsite for a number of excursions. If you love shopping and would like a nice bite to eat, you can go to the picturesque village of Vrsar, which is within walking distance of the campsite. You can also take a boat from Vrsar to the beautiful town of Rovinj. The beautiful surroundings around the campsite are also perfect for a long walk or a nice bike ride. Near Valkanela (between Porec and Vrsar) the new aqua park "Aquacolors" was opened last year (open from the end of May to mid-September). That's fun for the whole family!

Effective immediately, the following rules apply: Due to fire risk, the use of a charcoal BBQ is not allowed on the campsites. An electric or gas barbecue is allowed. Many campsites have special fire-safe stone BBQ (places). These are free to use.
