It takes just a couple of minutes to walk down to the waiting waters of Lake Annecy and this is a very safe place for the whole family to swim. We stayed in a cottage. It was basic but lacked equipment for cooking such as a fish slice, cheese grater, medium saucepan. No instructions available for the microwave oven so not sure how to use it with the metal shelf that came with it. Great being so close to lake. Great having outdoor area for sitting of an evening. Helpful staff who could speak English.
