Lovers of culture and conviviality will enjoy the area: stroll through the markets of Bénodet, Pont l’Abbé or La Forêt-Fouesnant and taste local products directly from the farmer. In Quimper, admire the Gothic cathedral and charming half-timbered houses, while the artist village of Pont-Aven will immerse you in the atmosphere of Gauguin. And those who want to see how fish really land in Brittany should get up early for the lively fish auction at Le Guilvinec, less than half an hour away.
