Beautiful campsite, very helpful and friendly staff. The new lodge tents were spick and span. Perfect location between the trees. Tight organization, good restaurant where you could also pick up. Price/quality of this was really good. Had a wonderful two weeks here.

Lack of a small shop
A beautifully situated car-free campsite, our lodge was very clean. The only downside was the two gas burners, which were actually too few and too hot to cook in the tent. We wanted to rent a gas barbecue, but they weren't available. Our lodge was located on the edge of the park. The path to the steps was quite narrow, less than 1.5 meters to the gate. The laundry room was excellent, with nice, large washing machines for €6. The swimming pool was excellent and well-monitored, but unfortunately, only tight swim trunks were allowed! The reception staff were excellent; they were willing to help with everything. We had a flat tire and asked several times if they could help us. We were very disappointed with the bar and restaurant. They try their best, but the selection is very limited. Le Lavandou is a beautiful village with a lovely boulevard. The market in Bormes Les Mimosas was beautifully set up on the mountain. Our excursions to the Gorges du Verdon (a two-hour drive) and Monaco (also a two-hour drive) were easily manageable. We found the lack of a small supermarket a bit of a drawback! In conclusion, Parc de Bormes is a beautiful and spacious park that is well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and there are charming villages nearby. In short, we highly recommend the park.
