The indoor and outdoor pool with small children's areas is heated and offer cooling on hot days. It is surrounded by deck chairs, and you can easily buy an ice cream from the kiosk. If you want to swim, surf or otherwise have fun in natural water, visit the Tang de la Motte recreation centre. Ask at reception which rivers and streams are nearby and where you can see beavers.

Explore the surrounding forest on foot or mountain bike, and who knows, you might catch a glimpse of deer or wild boar along the way. If you get hungry, you can buy groceries in the cosy grocery store.  On rainy days, there's still plenty of fun to be had: Head to the village centre and play a game in dry weather.

The climbing course among the tall trees is an experience for young and old. You can also explore the countryside or visit beautiful cities such as Reims, where you can take pictures of the cathedral, castle and abbey. Charleville-Mézières is also recommended; the Place Ducale is an architectural feast for the eyes. Don't forget to buy souvenirs in both cities! Another interesting outing for young and old is the Euro Space Centre, just across the Belgian border.
