The staff spoke little to no English, making check-in difficult from the very beginning. The entire campsite is set up exclusively for French speakers, including the entertainment. The swimming pool was far too small and closed between 12:30 and 2:00 PM, as were the reception and mini-shop. The restaurant also opened quite late. We didn't receive a welcome bag, while everyone else did, so we didn't get an information booklet either. We didn't receive a code for the barrier. One evening, there was even a fight between other campers on the campsite.
