Hire a bike, pack your swimming gear and a picnic and you're ready to go. The Paul-Gerhard hiking trail, one of the most beautiful hiking trails in Germany, starts in nearby Lübben and ends in Berlin. A very nice, quiet site surrounded by beautiful nature. The lake with its jetty and sandy beach is fantastic. The location is nicely secluded from the hustle and bustle. All the staff were very friendly and fulfilled all our requests. Since we were there before the season, the pool area wasn't open yet. However, a brand new play tower for children is currently being built there. It looks great. The restrooms and showers were always clean and nicely equipped. All in all, a very nice holiday at a very nice site.
