Tropical Island Resort

Water fun knows no bounds here. Literally. Because next to the campsite is the largest indoor tropical water park in Europe: Tropical Islands. Your entrance to the water park is included with your stay! Inside, you will discover pools of all shapes and sizes, from lagoons with sandy beaches to spectacular slides of up to 27 meters high. For the little ones, there is a safe paddling pool with happy water toys. Outside, nóg more fun awaits in the outdoor pool and water playground. And for those who like to relax, the sauna and wellness areas are truly wonderful. This is no ordinary pool – this is a tropical world.

Your accommodation is about a 20-minute walk from Tropical Islands. Here you will stay comfortably in greenery, with plenty of space and tranquillity. But boring? Not for a moment. There are several playgrounds and plenty of room for games of soccer. There is also plenty for you as a parent to enjoy: from live music to cocktails at the beach bar in the hall of Tropical Islands. Don't feel like cooking? There are several restaurants – from buffet to à la carte – with something for everyone. The on-site supermarket makes it easy to put together your own breakfast or picnic. The shuttle bus will take you to the train station and to the Tropical Islands Resort.

Although you imagine yourself in the tropics, you are simply in Brandenburg, less than an hour's drive from Berlin. A day in the city with culture, shopping and terraces is thus easily arranged. But there is also plenty to do closer to home. Take a boat trip on the Spreewald, a special nature reserve with small rivers and rippling streams. Or visit one of the many castles in the area, such as Schloss Lübben. For an active day out, there are cycling routes, climbing parks and animal parks. And the kids? They'll be talking at home for weeks about the jungle slides and the rainforest with parrots and flamingos.
