Water lovers will be in for a treat at the campsite’s large recreational lake. This natural lake has a fantastic sandy beach that stretches almost all the way around it. You can enjoy sunbathing on the lawn here, while the kids keep themselves entertained in the water for hours. For the real daredevils, there’s a spectacular water slide that’s a whopping sixty meters long. There’s also a special, shallow water play pond where younger children can splash around safely and ride a raft. If the weather isn’t quite as nice one day, guests staying at one of our accommodations receive free access to the modern indoor and outdoor swimming pools in the area, such as the Waldbad in Uelsen.

There’s so much to do at this family campground that the kids won’t be bored for a moment. The Ranger Club features a giant playground, a ball pit, and cool climbing areas in the indoor play hall. The enthusiastic entertainment team also organizes fantastic activities for all ages, from archery and rock climbing to sports games for teens. You can even visit the campsite’s own alpaca pasture! While the kids make new friends, you can enjoy some time to yourself. Active families can let loose on the BMX track or the beach volleyball court. Don’t feel like cooking after an active day? Then pull up a chair at the cozy Brasserie de Boulevard, grab a delicious oven-fresh pizza at Pazzi am See, or opt for a quick bite at the snack bar. The campsite is located in the beautiful, hilly landscape of Grafschaft Bentheim, Germany, surrounded by forests and heathlands. This area is perfect for wonderful bike rides, and you can easily rent bikes right at the campground. Just across the border, there’s also plenty to do for families. Take the kids on an adventurous day trip to Wildlands Adventure Zoo in Emmen, for example, or admire the animals at Tierpark Nordhorn. For a cultural outing, the historic town of Bad Bentheim, with its impressive castle, comes highly recommended. The nearby town of Uelsen is also a great spot for an afternoon outing. Would you rather seek out some action on the water? Then take the whole family canoeing on the Vecht River in the nearby Vecht Valley.
