I don't appreciate staff insisting I have a wrist band secured to my wrist by that person. If you don't want to be controlled on your holiday this is not the place for you. Very unflattering hats (which they sell) have to be worn to go into the pool area. They are not swimming caps that protect your hair from chlorine, they are designed to minimise hairs going into filters. They need to clean filters more often or get better filters as the nearby hotels do not impose this on their guests. Are people who go to a holiday park second class citizens compared to hotel guests? We could have stayed in a hotel for the price we paid for our accommodation. I also don't like going out to a nice restaurant with a plastic bracelet on. The last time I wore one of these was when I was born in hospital. When we complained about the cost of the extras (£20 per person for towels) we were told we weren't forced to book a holiday and that the extras were advertised. The person claimed not to know what a microwave was and failed to address the issue of the cold water. All week no hot water to shower or wash dishes.
