Camping Cieloverde Camping Village

This wooded campsite in Marino di Grosseto is less than one kilometre from the sandy beach on the Tyrrhenian Sea. A nice walk through the forest with numerous pine trees (spot fallow deer), or you can take a seat on the shuttle train. If you want to stay on the campsite, pick out a few sun loungers and take advantage of the spacious swimming pools for all ages.

Besides the swimming facilities, this campsite in Tuscany has plenty of entertainment: disco, live music, various sports and games, bike rental and two playgrounds. Take children to the rollercoasters at Cavallino Matto amusement park. Take the boat in Piombino for a day trip to Napoleon's Island of Elba. Near Grosseto there is a large shopping centre, but the walled Etruscan town is also well worth a visit. Admire the extraordinary abbey of San Galgano or Siena's, according to many, the most beautiful town square in the world.
