Camping De Tovertuin

Indoor Plons Pool feels like a beach day, but without the hassle of wind or weather. There are two pools: a large splash pool that is nowhere deeper than ééone meter, and a separate toddler and preschool pool where the little ones can splash around safely. In that splash pool, there are all sorts of things to discover, with play elements that can suddenly spray water or a bucket that happily tips over. You sit comfortably, while the kids keep coming back for “one more time!”;. Nice to know: this pool is exclusive to stay guests and is included in your stay.

This is no ordinary campsite, but a combination resort and theme park. As a guest, you have unlimited access to the Adventure Park with more than 25 attractions and shows for families with children up to 10 years old. One day you will slide down slides, the next day you will float in the Butterfly Flight or take a spin on the Ferris wheel together. And if the weather turns, the fun just keeps on going in Vriendjesland: 3,000 m² of indoor playtime fun with a large Speelfort, ball pit and the Woezel & Pip Theatre.

Away from the attractions, there is also a lot to make your day easy én fun. You grab a wagon for free, so no one has to lug or grumble. At Family Bistro Klieder, you'll have a cozy àla carte dinner, with a children's menu and even a bowling alley to go with it. During dinner, Woezel, Pip and friends come by the tables for a hug and photo, one of those moments when you almost automatically grab the camera. Boodschappie, the bakery and mini-market, saves your morning with fresh rolls and everything you forgot. And have you booked a pitch for a caravan or motorhome? Then the Tovertuin Camper pitches are paved, spacious (10x5 metres), with electricity and close to the entrance. At night, among the light strings and lanterns, it feels like a cosy summer camp where children are allowed to stay outside nét just a little longer.

De Tovertuin is located in the Grenspark Kalmthoutse Heide, a special Natura 2000-area full of heathland, fairytale forests and fens. You can walk straight into nature for a walk or a bike ride, and at the park you can easily hire city bikes, e-bikes, children's bikes or even a cargo bike with seats. Fancy an outing? Then cities like Bergen op Zoom, Breda, Roosendaal and even Antwerp (about 20 minutes away) are fun and feasible with children. And for variety, there are also outings such as Neeltje Jans or a day of shopping at the Designer Outlet Roosendaal.
