The days fill up by themselves at IJsselhof campsite. Children enthusiastically hop on a go-kart or pedal bike in the morning, clamber around the playground or stroke goats at the petting zoo. They quickly find vacation friends at the cable car or climbing frame. During the school hoidays, the entertainment team is on hand with craft mornings, treasure hunts and mini-discos; the perfect recipe for happy faces and tired legs at the end of the day. Meanwhile, parents can read a book in peace and quiet or play a game of miniature golf together. In the immediate vicinity of the park, you will find a bowling alley, restaurant and snack bar, everything you need for a pleasant evening without worries.

Camping IJsselhof in Andijk is in a perfect spot for exploring North Holland. Enkhuizen is just a ten-minute drive away: a historic town with a charming harbor, nice boutiques and terraces. The Zuiderzee Museum brings the past to life, outside among old cottages or inside with interactive exhibits. Young children go on adventures in traditional costume, play old Dutch games and sail in a horse-drawn barge. Also waiting nearby is Sprookjeswonderland: a small-scale theme park full of gnomes, fairy-tale characters and child-friendly attractions. For those who prefer peace and quiet, walk or bike down the West Frisian Omringdijk. Along the way, you will pass windmills, farms and colorful fields of flowers; a typical Dutch landscape that you won't soon forget.
